The deadline for paper submission is maintained on January 26 midnight, Hawaii time.

However, due to several requests and willing to allow an improvement of papers quality, all papers MUST be submitted by January 26 but a revised version of submitted papers will be allowed until January 28 midnight, Hawaii time.

No new submission will be allowed after January 26
